2021 Bands: We ordered 400 bands, cost is $309. We will sell them for $0.85 each

2022 Bands: We will order 500 bands
Diplomas: Going forward, we will print out and award places 1 through 5 rather than 1 through 10 as we have been doing. We will order enough for an estimated 15 races for 2021.
Chip bands: The club has none on hand. Discussion of how many to order tabled until the June meeting
500 Mile race: Sue will investigate the location for a 500 mile race.
OB Direction of Flight: OB direction of flight shall be Northwest.
OB Race Schedule: Tabled for January meeting
Bond Race: John moved and Phil seconded and approved by the club: We will operate under the same rules as used in 2020:
Note that this bond race is open to all pigeon flyers in the Albuquerque area. You do not have to be a NWFRPC member to buy bonds.

Payout: - 1st place 50% of total
2nd place 30% of total
3rd place 20% of total
If no birds come in within the timeframe established by AU rules, payout will go to club. Also – if only one bird comes in, it will get 100% of payout. If two birds come in, the payout will be 60% for 1st and 40% for 2nd.

Small Trailer and metal crates: Gary completed modifications
Other Business:
Gary visited Willy Picaro in Abique. His father, Dan Picaro, was in the WWII pigeon core and Willy gave Gary a notebook on the history and details of the operations for using homing pigeons to carry messages.
Phil discussed switching to a modern clock system. IPigeon clock by Topigeon has many features that our current Unicon clocks do not have. Information was presented. A basic system costs $795. No motions were made.
